* Click Subscribe
* Start EUIV from steam
* Click Start EU4 in the launcher
* Once EUIV has started wait a few minutes for it to notice there’s a mod to download
* Quit EUIV
* Start EUIV from steam, again
* Tick mod in the launcher mod list
* Click Start EU4
* Play!
