Bloppi
Originally conceptualized by enigmatic Youtuber DingusReviews, Bloppi (a totally original and legally distinct character) jokes his way into Rivals of Aether! Featuring 3+ new, original laugh sounds provided by DingusReviews himself, this Epic Wolf uses his stretchy powers fueled by laughter to make you wheeze with glee!
Moveset:
dspecial – Comedy Zone – All of Bloppi’s attacks do bonus damage while he’s in the Comedy Zone! But watch out – ANYONE can taunt in the Comedy Zone for a small amount of healing!
nspecial – Funny Joke – A close-range attack that has 3 levels of charge. Also, it charges much faster in the Comedy Zone!
fspecial – Emoji Moving – Hold the button to annoy your friends by sending them the same emoji over and over! It can also be angled up or down!
uspecial – Humor Hat – A short uppercut that deals high knockback in the first few frames! Afterward he drifts back down while spinning his hat like a propeller! Not sure how funny it really is, but it’s a good recovery move.
As a bonus:
fstrong – Big Punch – It can also be activated a second time to do a thumbs-up! This can be useful if used at mid range.
jab – Snoot Extend – His jabs go so far! Like, a little ways out there! Try it out! And if you stretch the snoot out all the way, it snaps back for a hitbox that I don’t think will ever hit anyone!
It’s a "joke" character, but not a "joke character", y’know what I mean? All I had to go off of was "snoot extends whenever he does a funny haha", and I just ran with it. I think it went over pretty well. There’s always room for more polish, but I think it turned out okay. About as well as could be expected, right?
