A MegaMan.EXE release inspired by takashis previous Mega Man.EXE:

Currently an early version still have a lot of things to do but I guess playable for now. Will be working on sound effects, colour changes.
Mechanic: Custom Gauge
This is a meter that fills up over time which can be used to empower your specials. Hitting an opponent will speed up the rate it fills. By pressing parry during the start up of your special moves they can be upgraded via the Custom Gauge.
Specials:
Neutral Special – Megabuster:
Press Special a first time to start charging your buster, while charging you can freely move around attack but using specials will reset your buster back to 0. Pressing special again will shoot the buster holding B after shooting rapidly shoots uncharged shots. The Megabuster has 3 charge levels No Charge, Lv1, Lv 2. These shots only apply hitstun if the opponent is already in hitstun. At Lv 2 you interrupt actions with specials. You will lose your charge if parried or in hitstun.
Forward Special – Cannon:
Shoot a cannon shot forward, There is also a hitbox in front the cannon. Has a small cooldown. Having Megabuster charge levels increases the damage of this attack.
Press Parry during the start up while having at least half the Custom Gauge full to upgrade the attack to:
Half Custom Gauge: Speedy Cannon Shot
Full Custom Gauge: Slow Powerful Shot
Up Special – Dash Attack:
Use the dash chip to dash in a direction (Similar to fire fox).
Press Parry during the start up while having at least half the Custom Gauge full to upgrade the attack to:
Half Custom Gauge: Fast powerful dash which doesn’t place MegaMan in pratfall.
Full Custom Gauge: A Draining dash that steals health from enemies.
Down Special – Minibomb:
Throw a little bomb that can assist within combos. Has a small cooldown. Having Megabuster charge levels reduced the cooldown when this attack is used.
Press Parry during the start up while having at least half the Custom Gauge full to upgrade the attack to:
Half Custom Gauge: A multi-hitting bomb
Full Custom Gauge: A huge stunning explosion
Normal Moves:
Only mentioning ones with extra functionality.
Jab: Can be upgraded via the Custom Gauge
Half Custom Gauge: Z-Saber. Press Parry during the start up to unleash 3 swift strikes.
Full Custom Gauge: Lifesword. After hitting the first hit of jab and before the final hit you can press parry to unleash Lifesword at the end of the combo.
FTilt: Has a small cooldown for the Yoyo pull.
Fair: Can be held to charge. Landing while the pickaxe is active will create a shockwave but increase landing lag.
Dair: Hitting the fist sweetspot on a grounded opponent has powerful knockback.
FStrong: Travels further the more its charged.
UStrong: The Second wave shot up has a 3 second cooldown.
