Description:

A simple mod to let all nations blind and castrate – not just byzantines!

*Requires Legacy of Rome DLC*

Usage Instructions:
Subscribe to the mod and make sure mod is active in the mods list of the game launcher. In game when you have a prisoner, under the decisions list should be "blind prisoner" and "castrate prisoner". Both actions will release them from your prison.
