The name of the Great generals changes as follows.
* Napoleon > Francois Joseph Lefebvre
* Timur > Miran Shah

The name of the city-state changes as follows.
Lisbon > Ryukyu
Antananarivo > Beira
Samarkand > Shahrisabz

The contents of the fixed map will change as follows.
* Delete Lisbon City State from Europe map.
* Add Ryukyu City State to East Asia map.
* Add Beira City State to Earth map.
* Add Shahrisabz City State to Earth map.

This mod also included Simon Bolivar (Colombia) and Menelik II (Ethiopia),
Since the corresponding person was implemented in the official DLC, it was separated into another MOD.
