Description:

Allows the user to view all characters (Including children characters) in the slide bar under the family tree panel.
Also added another bar for attribute over 300 because nofire will not shut up about it.

家谱界面可以看到包括未成年角色在内的全部角色。
新增300五行条，因为无火实在是太烦人了。

新增重置技能点功能，但是ui刷新有bug无法解决，自己手动切换刷新一下就可以了。
人物属性ui那里随时可以点重置
