Description:

• Fallen Eagle and any other Fallen Eagle submods
• This mod
  
  • Do NOT install Cities of Wonder 3. This is a stand-alone COW3 mod for Fallen Eagle

• Adds Castle and City Levels 5-7 just like COW3
• Adds Level 3 for Tribal Holdings and the Tribal Dock
• Does NOT add any sprawl or city graphics like COW3 does
  
  • Fallen Eagle has its own special graphics
• Hard Mode is on by default for this version of the mod. You can still set the numbers of Metropolises and COW Speciail buildings you want to allow in the Game Rules; there’s just no unlimited option
• Adds a Special Decision and Event tree for Hellenic rulers to restore the lost Kingdom of Atlantis
  
  • You’ll need to be of the Hellenic culture, be no higher than a Duke, and have your capital in the Mediterranean to get access to the decision

• Please don’t ask me to add special graphics; I’m not going to do that. Others can add submods all they want to add in more stuff
• Please don’t ask me for any additional changes or features – This version of the mod is feature complete
