You ever watched jojo? Good me neither, this thing is a retexture of Xtra’s Jotaro edited to be basically unbeatable. God help the moron you’re fighting. Pretty generic as far as the workshop goes, but some people still think this is funny.
Check XTRA’s upload if you wanna see move specifics, but all you really need to know is dspecial is a win button, and dlight does no damage so you can cancel the stun on someone without annihilating them. Have fun, if you hate fun.
