Arcturus Village Harbour
The Arcturus Village Harbour is a small multi purpose port on the east side of the arctic mainland. The port features; pontoons for multiple smaller vessels and a harbour wharf which can accommodate a vessel of up to approx 35m, haul out crane which can lift small boats out of the water into the boatyard where it can be put on a dolly to move around the boatyard, diesel tank with 180 tons of fuel to supply visiting vessels, a boat club building with a harbour masters office and bar.
Enable the mission playlist when creating a new game, then the harbour will spawn at the creative island. Alternatively you can spawn it from within the game by locating the mod in the workshop section in the add on editor and selecting to test location.
