Backflip/Frontflip Tech
Adds a backflip/frontflip techs that drops from Asra Nox.
This mod is part of a series of mods that I will be releasing that add more content related to boss drops in Starbound. I highly recommend that you use this mod with the Boss Loot Bags mod, althought it is not required.
With the mod installed, Asra Nox will drop two types of special "tech chip" items. One for a frontflip, one for a backflip. When you use these tech chips, the tech corresponding to the item will become available to you. All you have to do after that, is go to a tech console and put it on!
To perform a flip, you will have to hold shift(or the MM Precision key) and space(or the Jump key) while not moving horizontally – It might take a little while to get used to, but it is the best key combination that I could find without conflicting with anything else.
The frontflip and backflip are considered "leg techs" and so they will take up those slots.
Both techs have the Pulse Jump included. The backflip has +2 jumps while the frontflip only has +1.
Both techs will also use a little bit of energy.
If you want to, you can spawn in the tech chips for the techs with:
/spawnitem techchipbackflip and /spawnitem techchipfrontflip
