Temporal Distortion is a 20 second cooldown skill that slows down every enemy by 95% for short period of time. This skill was so overpowered it was removed at one point from the game…
As it turns out, devs just made it undroppable, so it was quite easy to return it to the game.
This variant differs from other ones that you need to get the skill’s blueprint from Failed Experiment mob (spawns on 4BC+ difficulty), while its also a rare blueprint. Also the unlock cost is different.
Costs 100 cells to unlock, base money cost – 2850.
Installation
Subscribe to this mod via workshop, then in-game go to Options>Gameplay>Enable Mod UI and then restart your run.
