Tunnel Spawn – Mattock Tool
This mod is based on systems from other games such as Rally points from Squad, or Squad Tunnels from Rising Storm 2: Vietnam.
Both the player and bots can spawn at a tunnel.
The player can control when bots can spawn at the tunnel
Tunnels are fully destructible, allowing you to destroy enemy tunnels.
HOW TO USE
To allow creating tunnels, ensure the ‘Enable Tunnel Spawning’ mutator is enabled before starting a match.
To create a tunnel using the Mattock tool, hold the fire button. You’ll see dust particles and hear digging sounds to indicate a tunnel is being built, after some time a tunnel will spawn underneath you.
You can enable or disable bot spawning on the tunnel at any time by pressing ‘X’ while holding the Mattock. The icon on the bottom-right should change to a tick if bot spawning is enabled. When bot spawning is enabled, 100% of bots will respawn at the tunnel, so be careful with leaving it on all the time as it will leave the rest of your points potentially undefended.
To respawn at your tunnel, deploy as normal, and once you’ve respawned hit the Enter/Return key and click the ‘Spawn at Tunnel’ button in the top right to teleport to your tunnel.
RavenM Support?
Not yet, however it is something I am keen to add soon. Once RavenM has the ability to sync newly created game objects, I’ll update the mod to add RavenM support 🙂
The Heigh-Ho easter egg from Rising Storm 2 is also part of the mod, to achieve it kill 7 enemies using the Mattock without dying.
