Tor’s Diseases: Black Death
Hello Again!
This is basically a mini mod that I made, it basically lets you have an awful post 1350 time. Essentially it adds a new Innovation in the Late Medieval era, "Legacy of the Plague". Where all cultures who have it suffer a huge penalty to levies, taxes and development. But it also stops the Bubonic Plague from appearing with those inside the culture group.
It also makes it more likely for the Bubonic Plague to appear to those without the innovation.
