Customize your Slay The Spire seeds!

Upon starting a run, this mod will repeatedly refresh at the Neow screen until you generate a seed with your desired parameters. These can be adjusted in the Main Menu -> Mods -> Filter the Spire -> Config menu.

You can filter on Neow bonuses such as what you’ll see if you use a boss swap, or what card you’ll see if you get a choice of a random rare! We also have filters for relics seen in the first shop, or after the first combat!

With this mod, you’ll be able to easily filter out seeds to ones you actually want to play. This mod is designed to be vanilla friendly – seeds are searched for and completely unaltered once found – meaning you’ll be able to share the seed with friends and other PC players and they’ll have the same exact experience!

You’ll be able to try out some fun starts like "Pandora’s Box" swap starts or "Wrist Blade" starts, or just make it so you never see a floor 0 "Busted Crown".

INSTALLATION

To install, make sure you have all the prerequesites (ModTheSpire and BaseMod). Then, launch the game using the "Play with Mods" option. Make sure "Filter The Spire" is checked and enabled, and you should be ready to go! Be sure to head over to the Main Menu -> Mods -> Filter the Spire config area to setup everything before launching a run.

KNOWN ISSUES

* Currently incompatible with Downfall 🙁 – no ETA on when this might be fixed yet – sorry!

If your runs don’t respect your filters, you can try disabling other mods to try and find any incompatibilities. Please let me know which ones are responsible so I can try and fix it or warn others!

NOTES

This mod includes a small cheat to guarantee 4 Neow rewards (even without the previous run reaching the Act 1 boss).
This means you’ll always have access to the Boss Swap option, and if you setup the boss swap filters correctly – you’ll be guaranteed a relic from your list if you swap. If you choose something else from Neow, you’ll see at least one relic from your Boss Swap list in the act 1 boss rewards chest. This patch is now configurable within the options menu, so you can disable the perma-neow bonus boost (though this may make some of your filters unusable!)
