Main Gimmick: It freezes things. maybe the game too. after a certain amount of hits they would be able to freeze things.
This character only has like 5 moves
Neutral: Snowball
Side: Breeze
Up (Air): Spin!
Up: Basic up swing
they’re a heavyweight, but has horrible speed & recovery
:Slow Start for 60 seconds freezer loses certain abilities for that duration unlike regigigas it doesn’t stop on death and has a random chance of coming back
Ice: For the first 45 hits your moves don’t freeze, after 30 hits it slowly goes down when it reaches 45 or above your moves have extra hitpause and freeze.
also minor flash warning this character has the small chance of freezing (crashing) the game, which is intentional hahahahahaah
