Liquid Tool
Adds a tool that allows the placement of water and lava!
The tool is found in the Three Dot "Other" menu of the toolbar.
Between the terraforming tools and the demolish/bulldozer tool.
Currently, it has water and lava.
Simply click and drag, like the terraforming/demolish tool
When released, it will create the fluid in place.
It checks for buildings and demolishes plants the same way vanilla tools work.
