Kirov Player Voice
Kirov reporting! Where’s the next stop?
By request, this is a player voice mod which allows you to sound like the captain of the famous war zeppelins used by the Soviet Union faction in Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, and its standalone expansion Red Alert 3: Uprising.
Fight on the front lines, shooting your foes and destroying them with whatever you’re carrying, or take to the skies with an aircraft of your own (there are zeppelins on the workshop I believe, haven’t tried them myself) and drop a load of high-explosive ordnance on your unfortunate foes. Take to the waters and captain a ship if you’d like, the Kirov voice works for everything (except heavy damage and death voicelines).
