This mutator allows you to sound like the sadistic and acidic Desolator Trooper from Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3’s standalone expansion, Red Alert 3: Uprising.
Once a secret prototype known by few in the Soviet Union’s top brass, Desolator Troopers were found and deployed by the Union’s resistance fighters following their motherland’s defeat at the hands of the Allied Nations.
Desolator Troopers are the terminally ill and wounded, sealed inside life-sustaining power armor loaded with barrels of toxic chemicals with which they hose down their unfortunate enemies.
