Please give me suggestions regarding Overpowered and Underpowered lords.

EDIT:
For clarity, many effect scopes are set to be "unseen" by CA, so I followed suit and did the same. What this means is that, even if it doesn’t say that it applies to all regions, all armies, all the units in the army and so on, you can generally assume that it is applied at such.

What this mod does:

Have you ever noticed that some Legendary Lords do things like increase income in the local region, and then realise that in a game about war, your lord, for the most part, shouldnt be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around in their own region? Or that some Legendary Lords buff their whole faction, meanwhile Thorgrim reduces upkeep cost on Longbeards and Hammerers in his army by 7%, and thought "Why the hell would I ever run Hammerers with Dwarfs and why should I care about this"? Well, this mod is my answer to this kind of thing. I was looking at Legendary Lords I wanted to play and realised how boring they were now that every LL has their own faction. This is my attempt of keeping balance while also making Legendary Lords more equal to one another. This is especially relevant since Confederation is pretty much impossible right now.

TLDR:

Nothing was changed from the original, except some legendary lord skills were made to completely or partially affect the whole faction instead of only their own army or the local region. Balance was kept for the most part, but feel free to tell me your opinions if some lord/something is just far too broken or underwhelming.

Changes that may or may not be changed:

– Wurrzag’s first unique skill (increased melee attack and charge bonus) seems to have a database name that makes it look like other Greenskin lords can get it, but as far as I’ve looked and as far as I know, no one else can, so I’ve made it factionwide. That said, if you ever come up against a Greenskin army with Savage Orcs with attack stats over 100, it’s that you’ve found an AI that got that skill many times. Report it to me if that happens.

Known issues:

– Skarsnik’s Drippin’ Tips skill name and description are gone. I had to create a new effect to apply it to his whole army so as to not reproduce the effect for normal Night Goblins and some nurgle lords in some final battle somewhere in the game. Even though I copy-pasted most of the data, it seems the text might be fetched somewhere else for localisation/translation purposes, or at least that’s what I assume is happening; I don’t know how to fix this so I’ll just wait until a better modder comes around and tells me how to fix it lol
