This mod gives you a sprint flair that works with and around Hat Kid’s hair to give her the look of open hair. It comes also with dyability to account for anyone wanting to use a dye. (It doesn’t work with dye/outfit mods that *replace* the hair textures of Hat Kid (and Bow Kid). 100% compatibility with other mods is not possible).
