Adds Jade Chamber as a world wonder. Jade Chamber is a building located in Liyue in Genshin Impact. It is a palace hovering in the air above Liyue Harbor as an intelligence and strategy agency and a private palace of Ningguang, the Tianquan of the Qixing.

+2 Culture, +1 Great Merchant Point per turn, +3 Trade Route capacity. Enemy Spy level reduced by 2 in your lands. Each Trade Route sent to another major civilization triggers a random Inspiration from the Renaissance Era. Must be built on Plains (Hills) or Grasslands (Hills) adjacent to a Quarry improvement. Can be built on Woods or Rainforests.
This mod uses the 3d model of the Jade Chamber extracted from the game Genshin Impact. Model and its textures are modified to fit the art style of Civilization VI and reduce file size.
This palace floats in the skies, higher than the peak of any mountain. From this vantage point, one may survey all of Liyue. I have been gathering the funds necessary to build it from the time I began learning the merchant’s craft. And since becoming the Tianquan, I have spared no effort in hiring the best craftsmen to constantly extend it… At first, it was but the size of one room. Now, it is large enough to blot out the moon in the skies above Liyue. One day, I believe it will overshadow all seven nations.
