Main Settlement Building Allegiance Points
This mod aims to add an effect on all main settlement chains so that the every settlement owned grants extra allegiance points.
In other words, the larger your empire, the more allegiance points you get from your allies.
settlements give 1, 1, 2, 2, 3 extra allegiance points per turn for levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 respectively.
