This is a custom challenge that lets Isaac fill the wonderful role of demoknight tf2 with a shield and a bigass sword of his own through strategic use of reskinning.
As well as the starting items, during this challenge, Isaac can collect "heads", which he does by completing rooms. Doing so will give a boost to your damage and speed up to 8 times. Upon taking damage or leaving the floor, all bonuses will reset, however, reaching the cap provides Isaac with a Wafer effect for his next taken hit, softening the blow!
(also no sword projectiles because since when does the eyelander fire those. yeah thats what I thought.)
