[WOTC] Faceless XCOM Grunts (v1.2)

WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?
- Sets every soldier’s nationality to a generic XCOM country.
- Changes every soldier’s name to be that of a random callsign, taken from a pool of 162 total names.
No class overrides.
This will conflict with any mods that edit the soldier nationality weights in XComGameBoard.ini.
This will also conflict with any mods that replace the Norwegian and South Korean Female first names, since this is how the mod applies its name generation changes.
If you add extra callsigns to the list with proper formatting in the XComGame.int file this mod uses, the game should be able to use them for soldier gen.
The XCOM Flag was taken from Oracle of Thessia’s Flag Pack.
