culture expanded cultural armies compatch
This is a compatch for the cultures expanded and cultural armies pack. I love the concept of cultural armies, especially with men at arms being completly varied through cultures. this conflicts with cultures expanded, which does the same thing for a few cultures like the byzantines and bulgarians, but others only get one or two maa. This mod rectifies this, so that all cultures use their maa from cultural armies pack, but all the innovations and cultures from cultures expanded are kept. This includes ones like komnenian army, which while no longer giving the culture expanded maa, still gives the bonuses to men at arms cap. this also fixes another major issue I had which was that cultural men at arms from traditions do not serve in merc companies, making most merc companies generic. since the armies pack uses innovations, this is no longer an issue. This works well with the other mod I made mercenaries use cultural units, to have more diverse mercenaries.
NOTES:
I was not able to remove the innovations that only gave men at arms without breaking things, so they are still there while being useless. it make the ai waste some time on innovations that are useless, but other then that its not much of an issue. I might repurpose these into having other bonuses that support their cultural armies pack counterparts.
