Forbidden Ranno
A version of the character where all old options are untouched but a few additional options for mix ups and extra movement were added.
Neutral Special: Can now be wavebounced for insane movement potential (Wheeeeee).
Up Special: The dive kick can now be reversed by holding back while pressing the second input.
