Make AI recruit more elite troops
1) 当AI的爵位到达伯/证道时，AI势力不再招募农民部队（汉/黄巾有效）
1) When AI’s progression level reaches L3, AI forces no longer recruit peasant troops. (Han/YTR)
2) 当AI的爵位到达侯/得道时，AI势力不再招募民兵部队（汉/黄巾有效）
2) When AI’s progression level reaches L4, AI forces no longer recruit militia troops. (Han/YTR)
3) 大部分汉派系不再招募与其特殊单位相当的常规单位，例如曹操不再招募枪骑兵 （汉派系有效）
3) Most Han factions no longer recruit ordinary units that can be replaced by their special units. For example, Cao Cao no longer recruits lancers cavalry (Han factions)
4) AI招募/招降将领时自带的单位，并不会刻意移除，本MOD只对主动招募生效
4) Units brought by recruited generals will not be removed intentionally. This mod is only valid for active recruitment.
