Midga the fortune teller resides in the bar in the Hub.
Separate the subject in their own squad and go speak with Midga.
(She asks for a drink, but it does not actually cost anything.)
She will then proceed to tell your future and give some advice. I tried to make them a bit more immersive than just telling the personality right up front. So they might be slightly cryptic, but if you read it carefully and know what personalities Kenshi can have, you’ll sport easily which is which.
The personalities are:
Honorable
Traitorous
Smart
Dumb
Brave
Fearful
Warm/kind*
Normal*
Cold/cruel*
Maniacal
