Item Weight Rebalance
Adjust the weight and drainable of a few select items. For the most part reducing the weight overall significantly of simple essential items as well as adjusting flashlight duration.
Most item weights such as makeup, jewelry, medical items like sutures, tailoring needle, pens, empty mugs etc have been drastically reduced. Lots of clothing has been adjusted as well, I may make those heavier if I feel it makes more logical sense/realistic.
May tweak some weights if they seem too imbalanced or there are items I feel I missed. I could perhaps add some modded items too but only if people have good suggestions.
