Description:

Removes the terrain overlay terrafrom effect of "Enchanted Blooming". It will now only convert the terrain to the temperate theme but will leave forests, swamps, etc. untouched.
The spread speed is increased to 2 provinces per turn.

TODO: Change the Tooltip to display 2 provinces per turn instead of one.
