Playable Jackalman
This mod transforms the vanilla player models into Jackalmen.
(Male characters will have the standard Jackalman mesh, female characters will have the slightly slimmer mage mesh.)
HOW TO PLAY:
- Download the mod.
- Select "Play Custom Quest" at the game’s title screen.
- Create a dummy character (or use an existing one), select playable_jackalman in the mod list and hit "Play". (Sometimes the game crashes if the dummy character did not exist before.)
- You will be redirected to the character selection.
LIMITATIONS:
- Armor can be equipped as usual, but will not be displayed on the player model.
- The animated character portrait in the top left corner will not be displayed.
- Full compatibility with expansion content not confirmed yet.
KNOWN ISSUES:
- Player textures are possibly not correctly applied if you enter the character selection before loading the mod. This is most likely related to the way the game handles assets.
- Depending on the equipped weapon/executed ability, animations might be glitchy.
