Description:

1.35.2 allows Ottomans to core provinces next to eyalets (really? why i still cannot)
– that’s good, but why not better?

Able to fabricate Ottoman Campaign of Conquest cb even the target only neighbors your vassal.
Cap of the target’s total development raised to 175.

Eyalets and Core Eyalets have now -3k Manpower and -3 Land Force Limit instead of -5 -5.

You may now grant nobility privileges Strong Duchies & Nobility Integration Policy when you have eyalets.
