[TGR] ChME3 shunting locos

This pack contains shunting locomotives, which had been widely used in Soviet Union. ChME3 is one of legendary locos for Soviet and ex-Soviet countries.
ChME3M is an experimental locomotive, wthere were built only 2 of them. Solutions, which were created for this loco, later had been used in ChME3T and ChME5 locomotives.
ChME5 is a heavy shunting locomotives. They had been built especially for Soviet Union in 1986 and 1989, and later they nad been used in Ukraine.
