No Male Muscle Definition

Completely removes the muscle definition that comes with leveling up certain skills for the male gender. Helps prevent the hulk-like appearance that is so notorius in the game.
Note: Bulk is not something I can touch with a mod like this, but can be tweaked at a plastic surgeon. So if you find your men are looking a little larger than you’d like, you should be able to fix them up over there.
