Bufftown – activities improvement
This mod adds guaranteed buffs for heroes using stress relieving activities
There are 2 buildings designated to relieve stress from your heroes. Both of them have 3 activities, that’s 6 ways to heal stress.
I think this is way too much for pretty straight forward mechanic. Let’s spice it up a bit!
- All negative and positive effects of Tavern and Abbey activities removed (like gaining trait, losing trinket or getting lost for 2 weeks)
- All activities now provide your heroes with small buff that will least until you send them for a quest. These effects are not super strong, but I tried to pick ones that are very good for stacking.
- Buffs can be stacked. Now you can literally pay to win 🙂
- Stress heal values (and upgrades) not changed
- A bit of text tip added next to activity, in case you forgot which one buffs what.
What does this mod do for your gameplay?
- You now WANT to use all the stress healing buildings. If you have a bit extra cash, it’s completely reasonable to send 0 stress character just so he can get buff for his next mission
- Game becomes a bit easier because unpredictable outcomes of stress healing facilities no longer exist. Neither do positive but they were rare anyway
- At some point, gold becomes non-issue and this mod adds much needed money-sink

Bar: +10% HP
Gambling Hall: +2 SPD
Brothel: -10% stressCloister: +10% Virtue chance
