An addon that allows editing of Structure tool and material requirements via XML.

The default path for the XML file is below:
DocumentsMy GamesStationeersmodsChangeStructuresAddonContentStructureEdits.xml

An example XML file can be found in the workshop item folder at the following path:
<steam_install>steamappsworkshopcontent5445502600483974ContentStructureEdits.xml

NOTE: Upgrading of edited structures is limited to hosts in multiplayer, though other players can place the structure down and have the host upgrade it.
