I always thought that a back pressure regulator should be the commonsense choice for a safety vent valve. It always bothered me
that my vents always ended up being a digital valve with logic when we had regulators right there!
Pressure regulators were limited by the standard rate of 101.325, even less if you had them behind any number of pipe segments.
This mod removes the cap and subs in a small efficiency factor – passing the greatest amount of gas at higher delta_pressures.
For the time being I left the min-max settings as they are in the source code, so that digital valves and volume pumps still have some balance.
This mod changes both Pressure Regulators and Back Pressure Regulators. It is save game safe, and can be safely toggled on or off.
