Independent State of Croatia Mod
During WW2 the Kingdom of Yugoslavia got attacked and after the war Germany won. The germans gave Croatia their Independence and in result the Croatians massacred anyone (Mostly Serbs) causing the Germans to even think that they are too brutal.
I made this mod in 1 day.
