Survival RTG
This adds the RTG back to the survival experience as a craftable power source. Recipe is found in the Electronics Printer Mk2. The recipe is designed to be a mid-late game item and thus requires Superalloys and quite a bit of energy to produce. Requirements are based off of the Nuclear Battery but multiplied to account for the lifespan of the power source.
