Unable to open borders to other civilizations. Cannot recruit Great People other than Great Prophets. Earn a Resident of Gensokyo when build or fist capture a city. Each type of Great People recruited by other civilizations will provide a special bonus for Gensokyo:
The Great Scientist provides a random technology. The Great Writer provides a random civic. The Great General provides all existing land combat units with a promotion level. The Great Admiral provides all existing naval combat units with a promotion level; The Great Engineer provides all cities with a permanent +5% productivity when building Wonders; The Great Artist makes all cities +1% Culture. The Great Musician makes the entire Civilization +10% Tourism. The Great Merchant provides a trade route. The Great Prophet makes all units +3 Religious Combat Strength.
An unique type of Governor with a unique promotion tree. Establishes in 3 turns.
City cannot be put under siege. +5 City Defense Strength. Units defending within the city’s territory get +5 Combat Strength. +20% Production to all land units in the city. When it comes to land military units, additionally +20% Production, and strategic resource costs for them are discounted 50%.
City immediately grants a Great Prophet (if available). Doubles the adjacency bonus of the city’s Holy Site and the strength of religious pressure released on adjacent cities. Reduces the cost of purchasing Missionaries and Apostles by 20%.
Cities within 6 tiles gain +1 Amenity and +2 Housing, and +100% Identity Pressure brought by Population. The first Envoy sent to a city-state counts as 2 Envoys. Influence Points +50% per turn. +1 Diplomatic Favor per wildcard policy slot.
City +12% all yields. Doubles this bonuse if City has a Govenment or Diplomatic Quarter. City can ignore the limit based on Population and build one more district. Bonuses of unlocked Titles radiate to all cities within 12 tiles.
An unique type of Great People. Only four have been made so far. Will continue to update.
Great Hakurei Barrier (Active): Other civilizations cannot declare surprise wars against Gensokyo.
Divine Arts "Omnidirectional Dragon-Slaying Circle" (Passive): +8 Strength and +1 Movement for units within 8 tiles.
Kappa Industry (Active): Provides two random Eureka from any era. Industrial Zone +3 radiation range. Industrial Zone adjacency bonuses also provide Science.
God of Market (Active): Traders cannot be plundered. International Trade Routes +15% all yields. Markets +8 Gold.
Memories of Gensokyo (Active): Creat 2 Great Works Perfect Memento in Strict Sense and Symposium of Post-mysticism.
All land units (except Great People) gain the ability to airdrop and ignore ZOC. All land combat units can move after attacking and attack after moving. Gain a Sinsack when founding or first capturing a city. When killing an enemy, have a chance to capture it and convert it into a Sinsack.
A unique civilian unit belonging to Yukari Yakumo (Daiyoukai), which cannot be purchased. Has higher movement and wider vision. Can only be used once. Can build unique improvement Gap. Cannot be captured.
Unlocks Sinsacks ability to build Gaps. Provide 1 aircraft slot and 1 missile slot, allowing units with airdrop capabilities to take off and land around, and will destroy enemy units that step into it. Can be built in most land passable tiles. Can be built ouside territory. Can grant yields of the plot without Population. Cannot be destroyed by natural disasters.
Likes to conquer weaker civilizations.
All policy slots are converted to wildcard policy slots. Permanently adds a Wildcard slot when first entering the Dark, Normal and Golden Ages. After unlocking the Civic "Code of Laws", three special wildcard policy cards are obtained. The Dark Age policy card can be used in any age type.
The Boundary Between Reason and Emotion: Campus adjacency bonus also provides Culture, and Theater adjacency bonus also Provides Science. However, all cities -25% Science and -25% Culture.
The Boundary Between Spiritrual and Material: Gain Gold equal to Faith per turn. Cities can purchase buildings and units with Faith.
The Boundary Between Production and Consumption: +1 Food and +1 Production per Population. In the territory, +1 Production for unimproved plots and +1 Food for improved plots.
Likes civilizations that protect nature. Doesn’t like civilizations that destroy nature.
