Updated to 1.9.1

This mod increases the amount of Duchies you can hold and Domain limit before you reach penalty

Your base domain limit for your title has been increased by a factor of 3.
-Baron – 3 base domain limit
-Count – 6 base domain limit
-Duke – 6 base domain limit
-King – 9 Base domain limit
-Emperor – 12 Base domain limit

As a kingdom you are now able to hold two additional duchy title before taking penalties.
-kingdom – Can now hold 4 Duchies before incurring a penalty.
