Tree Removal Mod
Removes the majority of trees from the campaign map to help improve framerate.
In my 4 tests It averaged anywhere from 0.5 to 2.5 fps increase, any gain is better then no gain.
Minor trees and vegetation will still exist, like swamp area.
Works on all campaign modes.
