Welcome everyone to my first mod. Here I hope to improve on the base unit designs for all cultural units, as I feel they could be heavily improved upon. This mod will not be for everyone as I am making this mod first and foremost for myself. However I am open to constructive criticism but retain the right to ignore any suggestions, please be respectful of this.

Current Implementation

Barbarian

  • Sunderer – 3 body variations – 2 head variations
  • Warrior – 3 body variations – 4 head variations
  • Scout – 2 body variations – 2 head variations
  • War Shaman – 4 body variations – 3 head variations

Future Implementation
  • Finish Barbarian culture focusing on a more Norse aesthetic including some current feudal items. (expected to be finished by atleast 19/05)
  • Start Feudal culture removing mild Norse aesthetics and making the three tiers of units more distinct e.g. T1 – levy forces T2 – Professional forces T3 – Noble forces.
  • Design and start remaining cultures.
  • Add more units to the cultures (this may be released as a separate mod)

Compatibility

This mod adds its changes through its own .rpk file then edits the appropriate cultural modularity .rpk files by marking the base modularity data as deleted or removing tags and so any mods editing them should simply add their changes onto mine as extra variations or re-enable the base designs. Please let me know if this is not the case or of any general incompatibilities.

Save game compatible.

While I hope to continue this mod for a long time and to provide support going forward, I know myself and that I am prone to dropping projects for months or longer at a time. With this in mind I give full permission for anyone to update this mod should it need it in the future.
