Doubled Tax Rates
I made this mod to balance the upkeep cost when using a high unit per army modification. Recommend using this:

And to simply have an increased treasury! The mod affects all factions, player and AI. (Or so it should.)
This mod is savegame friendly. (But I haven’t tried removing it during a savegame, so beware.)
I simply doubled all tax levels, except for the last two, they are very high nonetheless.
