Dismantled Priesthood fix
The 1.9.1 patch broke custom faiths by forcing them to have the Dismantled Priesthood doctrine.
This doctrine is supposed to only be used by some Jewish faiths, and force them to use a decision instead of the regular Head of Faith creation mechanic.
However nothing prevents the doctrine from being given, so every custom faith has to get it with no way to remove it.
This small mod fixes it by preventing new custom faiths from getting this doctrine. In addition, players with a custom faith with said doctrine can use a small decision to lose the doctrine, should they already have encountered this issue before getting the mod.
