No Squalor Mod
This mod will remove negative public attitude from squalor effectively removing squalor from the game, this will remove it for all factions in game, whichever one you choose to play as well as all computer controlled factions.
It allows for keeping a higher public order while letting you focus less buildings on it, it is similar though less extreme than my no food and squalor mod in that you still need to work on food and balancing having enough food to go around but not needing to worry if you build too many buildings to feed/build your army and having the settlement fall into unrest.
