Lyetzi’s Overhaul – Gunners and Gunshops

This mod acts as both an addition to Lyetzi’s Gunners Mod, as well as a framework for other Lyetzi’s Gunners Mods to add weapons through the stores provided. Thus, it is not only for the player, but for the other mod developers in this community.
With Lyetzi’s Gunshop, the story is the only way to obtain the weapons, which forces you to miss out on two guns if you skip it. It’s also a bit controversial, but I personally am not a fan of the lore it tries to introduce. What I’ve basically done is unlocked the ability to craft all the shops at a custom Gunshop Workbench.
Each shop is unique, selling different kinds of weapons. Officer Lyetzi sells all the unique weapons from the now-unaccessable story mode. Mech-Lee sells a variety of pistols not found on the Pistol Gunrack. Akemi’s default stocks are low, but she sells unique and powerful weapons. The three weapon racks are used to purchase just about everything else. Then, the final shop, is Revi. She is the Armor Merchant, but with a twist; she can be upgraded. By providing materials to her, she can be upgraded to allow for the purchasing of higher tier armors.
- New workbench for crafting all the other gunshops.
- Removed any items that allow acess to the story/the gunship.
- Craftable Decor Shop! Sells many of the decorations found in the story mode.
- Redone sprites to match the heads of Alt Heads. Feel free to make a vanilla patch.
- Shop Sale Rearrangements. Lyetzi sells all exclusives from Episode Zero, and Revi sells all armor (unused and used).
- The (I think) first upgradeable shop! As you upgrade Revi, she allows the player to purchase more armors of higher teir. Note they may be unbalanced, this will be solved upon recieving feedback.
- Overhauled literally every single clothing item to match Starbound’s style.
- Redid tons of sprites to not only match Starbound, but to generally look better (I hope).
- Mech-Lee and the Pistol Rack’s inventoreis have been split to make each unique.
- Akemi has been given a unique inventory, currently with only two unique weapons in stock.
- A framework of shops for modders to add their own weapons to, allowing for a multitude of avalibility in weapons.
There is a lot to this mod I won’t lie, so I’ll dumb most of it down.
This mod is a large mix of Patches, used on many items i didn’t want to straight up replace, as well as a few straight up replacements. For many of the patches, it was patching (in the case of armors) names and descriptions, as well as value and categorization. In others (mainly objectes), it was patching the racial descriptions to not be racist (more species-ist) against the in-game races. It’s not as bad as that sounds, I mean it in more of a joking sense, but the original descriptions were very sterotypical of the races and made no sense.
