Description:

Mod pack including a selection of popular item from the Steam Workshop, e.g. "Victoria Tweaks Mod", "Transfer Cash", "State Transfer Tool", some balancing and many UI/QoL improvements.

General

  • Victoria Tweaks Mod – Victoria Tweaks Mod is a mod that aims to enhance the overall gameplay experience while sticking to the core design philosophies of Victoria 3
  • Kikko’s Formable and Releasable Nations – Adds many formable and releasable nations with custom flags and dynamically changing names (currently disabled)

UI Improvements/Changes

Diplomacy

  • State Transfer Tool – Transfer states to another country, unlocked by "International Relations"
  • Transfer Cash – Transfer cash to a different country, unlocked by "Central Banking"

Production/Economic Changes

  • Improved LessClicks – Adds buttons in the building tab that calculates how many railways or government administrations are missing in each state and then adds them to the build queue
  • Reduced the pop needs for Art to better fit the recent production changes in Arts Academies.

Warfare

  • No Multiple Naval Invasion per HQ – This mod limits the amount of naval invasions per strategic region to one per 50 days per country.
  • War exhaustion at 100% occupation increased.
  • Maximum number of characters increased.
  • Chance to intercept convoy raiders increased.

Events/Decisions

  • Journal Entries for Engines Fixed – Fixes the Journal Entries "The Atmospheric Engine" and "Steam Engine Time" for nations that fulfills the criteria for it on game start.

Performance

  • No Clouds – Removes clouds
  • No Construction Marker on the Map – Remove numerous construction markers on the map.
  • Smaller Cities – Lowers the scale of cities, routes, bridges, trains, ships, vehicles, etc on the map.
  • Reduced POP units for assimilation, conversion and same workforce as well as increased weekly construction progress per project. Overall, there is no impact on balance, although assimilation progress will be slightly accelerated for your CPU’s sake.
