Joseph Joestar and Hermit Purple
Adds a new character to the game: Joseph Joestar!
Joseph Joestar is a JoJo character with a stand named "Hermit Purple." He attacks by whipping Hermit Purple in front of him for a thin AOE attack.
How the attacks synergize:
The attacks work by finding enemies hit by the vine, then spawning an invisible TEAR on the enemy. This means effects your tears have on hit(i.e. poison) will work, but items that change how the tear is fired(i.e. chocolate milk) will not change your attack.
One exception is that a bomb will spawn instead of a tear if you have Dr. Fetus. Meaning fetus synergies with bomb items apply. In this case, the bomb always explodes immediately on the enemies rather than taking a couple of seconds to explode.
