Adds a new casual-esc character, James! (One of jesus’ siblings.) With a tainted variant and very nice hair.

Brother James’s starts off with depressing damage, but has 3 items to aid him. The Bible, The Relic, and Holy Water. But that’s not all! Lastly, James’ tears also naturally have homing. Last notable things; James starts off with 2 soul hearts and a bomb.
